Refund Policy  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price, not inclusive of shipping charges. Simply return the package to us with a copy of your invoice and a note indicating the reason for the return. Product must be shipped in suitable packaging to prevent damage no envelops; customers are responsible for shipping costs.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, or if your light fails within the first 90 days, we will send you a replacement in advance, along with a pre-paid return envelope which you may then use to return the faulty light. This policy does not apply to international orders.

Non Refundable Product  Replacement batteries are non refundable, all sales are final.

Order Cancelation  We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. We will gladly attempt to process a requested cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call Customer Service at 1-503-914-61051. If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item subject to our return policy.

Shipping Policy  We use FedEx shipping services; shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. BlackCreaterGear.com does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
